祁门红茶
祁红与印度高级红茶主要成分比较(占干物%)，祁红1级、2级：咖啡碱分别为3.99%和3.81%;印度大吉岭碎橙黄白毫、阿萨姆花碎橙黄白毫分别为2.84%和3.43%。黄酮类化合物：祁红1级、2级，分别为8.92%和9.77%;印度大吉岭碎橙黄、花碎橙黄分别为10.68%和16.24%。祁红毛茶加工，筛分精细，使外形整齐美观，内质一致。最后复火也很考究，把茶叶盛入袋内，避免烟焦;烘笼盖闭，调和温度;低温长烘，吸回香味，降低芳香油挥散。因此茶叶香气能发展到最高峰，成为形质兼优的名茶。
祁门红茶，是我国传统工夫红茶中的珍品，历史悠久，驰名中外，创建于1875年，被列为世界三大高香茶之首。
祁门红茶条形紧秀，色泽乌润，金毫显露，茶汤颜色红艳明亮，以其独特风格，优异品质，被世人誉为“王子茶”。
祁门红茶曾获1915年巴拿马万国博览会金奖，1979年邓小平同志视察黄山时曾赞誉道“你们祁红世界有名”。
