实现该模糊查询的语句为
And u.username like CONCAT("%", #{user.username}, "%")根据提示的错误，网上给出了多种方案：
1. 有可能是写like的时候出错了，不要写成like "%#{keywords}%"，而是like "%${keywords}%"因为${keywords}是不带单引号的，而#{keywords}是带单引号的
2. 在mysql中，我们执行like（模糊查询）时，是这样写的
select * from table1 where userName like "%张%"；
但是在mybatis的xml中，like必须写成这样：（${name}不带‘’传值）
