2. build workspace

3. set environment

source devel/setup.bash

4. check environment

echo $ROS_PACKAGE_PATH

5. create package

cd ~/catkin_ws/src

catkin_create_pkg learning_communication std_msgs rospy roscpp

cd ..

catkin_make
