使用 file_get_contents 抓取网页，得到 file_get_contents(): send of 229 bytes failed with errno=10035 这个错误，网上找了一圈都说是 PHP 版本问题，降到 PHP 7..3.2 就没事了，但是我感觉肯定没那么简单。

用浏览器测试目标网站，发现也不能打开，答案已然明了，断网了，我是挂了代理才能正确获取网页，由于代理的不稳定性，换了个连接就对了。
