我找到了解决办法。我改变了我的应用程序中使用的jQuery版本到1.7.1，然后调用MiniProfiler.RenderIncludes()作为MiniProfiler.RenderIncludes(null, null, null, null, null, true, false)，因此profiler会使用我的jquery显而易见。
