spring cloud getaway 为何无法转发？

学习spring cloud getaway做为网关转发的时候，一直无法成功转发，
尝试过一些办法，但是一直无法解决，请大佬指点，关键代码如下：
getaway网关bootstrap.yml

nacos配置文件：

user模块bootstrap.yml

nacos配置：

user提供的接口：

nacos服务列表;

getawaypom：

尝试过在getaway配置去除访问路径第一节和在user增加一节，但都无效果，一直404，后台无报错
后发现getaway端口后跟user服务名+访问路径可生效：
能成功访问的路径:http://127.0.0.1:8081/cloud-user/user/test/user
求解

回答：

问题已经解决，问题出在配置文件，首先P要大写，然后routes的层级位置需要调整
