为什么idea创建SpringBoot项目里的pom文件没有＜parent＞？

通过ide创建boot项目，使用阿里云的的url，创建出来的项目的pom.xml文件并没有parent标签，但是项目还是可以正常运行（mysql相关操作也是正常的），这是为什么？
