安卓编译错误Android Gradle plugin requires Java 11 to run?

错误信息：

     You can try some of the following options:
       - changing the IDE settings.
       - changing the JAVA_HOME environment variable.
       - changing `org.gradle.java.home` in `gradle.properties`.

但是，我已经设置为11了，图中2种方式的11都试过了，再编译还是报错
