回答：

您必须在scope注释中指定代理模式。

这应该可以解决问题：

@Service 
@Scope(value="prototype", proxyMode=ScopedProxyMode.TARGET_CLASS)  
public class EmailService {}

另外，您也可以将定义LoginController为原型。
